Terms of use
Who we are
SeerCFO is a trading name of Gesch Consulting SL. "We" and "us" on this site mean SeerCFO. You can reach us at george@seercfo.io.
No engagement until it is in writing
Reading this site, emailing us or having an introductory call does not make you a client. An engagement starts only when we both sign an engagement letter, which sets out the scope, fees and liability for that work.
Not advice
Everything on this site is general information about how we work. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice for your company, and you should not rely on it to make a decision.
What we are not
SeerCFO provides fractional finance leadership. We are not a law firm, a regulated tax practice, an audit firm or an authorised investment adviser, and we do not arrange or deal in investments. Where a piece of work needs one of those, we will tell you and work alongside your advisers.
Track record and client names
Figures such as amounts raised and exit values describe transactions we have worked on. They are not a promise of any result for your company. Client names and logos belong to their owners.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not accept liability for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, to the extent the law allows. Liability for client work is governed only by the engagement letter.

The SeerCFO name, logo and the content of this site are ours. Please do not copy them without asking.
Privacy
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, what you need, how you heard about us and your message. If you email us, we have whatever you send. We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and device type.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to discuss whether we can help and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started, and then the contract with you. Analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, add you to a mailing list without asking, or share your enquiry with anyone outside SeerCFO except the service providers below.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel. Contact form messages are delivered by email through Resend. Analytics are provided by Google. Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EEA, under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Client data
Financial and company data shared during an engagement is kept confidential, used only for that engagement and handled under the terms of the engagement letter and any confidentiality agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Records from client work are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing george@seercfo.io. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
