No Professional-Client Relationship

Browsing the website or using Seer OS tools does not constitute a formal CFO-client relationship until an engagement letter is signed.

Pillar-Specific Terms

• Seer Advisory: Consulting is subject to a separate “Engagement Letter” defining scope and liability.
• Seer Ledger: Clients must acknowledge that data is processed by an overseas network and that they are responsible for the accuracy of the raw data provided.
• Seer OS / Labs: Software and AI tools are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from AI-generated insights.

Payment & Subscriptions

Payments are handled via Stripe. Subscriptions for Seer OS products auto-renew unless canceled.

Limitation of Liability

Limit your liability to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We explicitly disclaim liability for “AI hallucinations” or autonomous agent errors in the Labs/OS sections.

Data Collection

We collect names, emails, and financial data (via Xero/QuickBooks API or manual upload).

The “Overseas” Clause

We utilize a global network of professionals. Personal and financial data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the UK/EEA. We ensure these transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to maintain UK GDPR-equivalent protection.

AI Data Usage

In Seer Labs, we do not use your proprietary financial data to train our general AI models.

Third-Party Processors

We use Supabase (Database) and Stripe (Payments) as sub-processors.
